Roarsome Weekend. Dino-themed crafts, exhibitions and face painting. Free and paid activities. 10am–5pm, Tūhura Otago Museum.

Social Knitting Saturdays. Bring your own project or browse our pattern library. Beginners welcome. 10am–12pm, Stitch Kitchen, 474 Princes Street.

Be-loved Vintage & Pre-loved Market. 11am–4pm, Dunedin Community Gallery, 26 Princes Street.

Hola Margarita! Self-guided Margarita fiesta through Dunedin's best bars. 1–5pm, assorted venues.

Awakening to Self-Love; Half-Day Meditation Retreat. 9:30am–12:30pm, North East Valley Normal School.

Albatross Wildlife Cruise. See the Northern Royal Albatross chicks learning to fly! 4–5:30pm, Port Chalmers or Portobello departures. (Every Sun until end Sept.)

Dunedin Observatory Open Night. Guided telescope viewing of planets, nebulae, star clusters, and distant galaxies. Every Sunday between April–September. 7–9pm, Dunedin Observatory, 1a City Road.
